Palo Santo and Lavender Essential Oils come together offering protection and healing in my beloved Palo Santo Spritzer. Palo Santo invites us to do deep shadow work. It works between the worlds, allowing us to go to deeper places of wounding within ourselves to heal, while feeling supported, protected and grounded. Palo Santo needs to naturally fall and age on the forest floor for 5-8 years before the rich aromatics of the sacred wood are potentized. It has been used for millennia by indigenous people to remove negativity and obstacles, has antidepressant and anti-microbial benefits, and supports people struggling with anxiety and fear. It invites helping spirits, encouraging us to accept, allow and surrender, thus healing our disowned part and remembering who we are. Ethically harvested and lovingly distilled by Rafael Parducci Vaquero who lives Ecuador and is my colleague and friend.
