We may need to go within, to be meditative and introspective. We may be looking for energetic protection to allow us to dive into deeper work with our inner landscape, supporting us to feel empowered and strong. When we close our eyes and sit in stillness and silence, we are able to attune our inner knowing and connect to our higher power. When we are grounded and still connected to our divinity we are like the medium between the worlds. We are able to navigate with knowledge. During these sacred meditations when we are still, we can use Frankincense, Vetiver and Lavender to support, protect and ground us. Aromatherapy Practical Application : Place one drop of Frankincense essential oil on each of the soles of the feet to activate the grounding process. In a candle diffuser, add 4 drops of Frankincense and 1 drop of Vetiver essential oil to the water and light the candle underneath. When essential oils are heated, the odoriferous molecules will rise and fill the air with rich, ceremonial scenting. Ceremony : Working with and placing our hands on Pachamama (Mother Earth) and planting trees, seeds and flowers is a wonderful and healing way for us to give a little bit back to Pachamama that she has so generously provided for us. In the same way I enjoy to give flower petals to the rivers and waters of this land, I also love to go for walks and take a bag of dried rose petals and lavender, and sprinkle along the path of my walk. I blow my gratitude into the flowers and sprinkle in sacred spots and along the way, thanking Pachamama for her abundant gifts. |
